ICE officers involved in California shooting

New video shows a shooting involving ICE officers and a driver in California. ICE says officers were conducting a targeted vehicle stop when the driver, “weaponized his vehicle in an attempt to run an officer over.” Meanwhile, the city of Minneapolis released new video of another ICE-involved shooting from back in January.
